Bakugo stomps. While Bakugo is a bit slower (Can keep up with 8%, which is slightly faster than 5%. [> Mach 1.98 vs Mach 2.56]), Bakugo has a huge AP advantage for producing 8.12 Ton explosions WITHOUT his gauntlets, which make his explosions even stronger and are standard equipment, meaning he has them here. Over 8.12 tons vs 2.15, which is also in addition to Bakugo's limited dura negation which comes from the immense heat produced by his explosions, that have been shown to harm people with significantly higher dura than his explosions.

Even if we assume this is Season 1 Bakugo, the Exisals are vastly inferior to 2 tons while Bakugo is 3.3 tons

that topped with higher intelligence, more mobility and versatility, and Bakugo having exp with fighting big robots, I think Bakugo wins quite handily
