This is android saga vegeta. Also this is a massive hax stomp. Vegeta can't do anything to Bowser at all in this state.

That's not how it works. When a match is a stomp, it's not going to be added at all.

If it means anything, in-character, Bowser would likely go for summoning or for one of his standard attacks (fire breath, punches, spin dash etc). It even says on his profile that he doesn't use dark magic frequently.
You could also restrict Bowser's access to his equipment so he's less likely to lead with something like plot manipulation via the star rod.

Yes I have, none of those characters ever needed the AP when they're just haxed characters. Not to mention 682 and Kriemhild have either just used one tier or the other when it came ot majority of their matches.

@Gyro saying that High 4-C versions are used is a clear indication that vegeta's not allowed to be 4-B in the match.

When the OP notes "High 4-C versions used", this means explicitly that no other transformations or keys will be used for the fight. Ergo, Vegeta will not transform, even if it is in-character for him to do so.
