I think Luffy has the advantage of being harder to put down due to his devil fruit, though like I said, I'd probably lean more towards Tirek due to how much faster he can react.

Tirek IMHO, especially since Discord's tier is wrong according to WoG.

Tirek can just grab Luffy with his magic and even that Luffy has a gum like body he is immune to lightning but not to magic or low tier reality warping. Tirek Takes this due to speed and low tier hax

Why was Discord nerfed anyway? Doesn't he have like the most hax 1st to StarLight Glimmer in the MLPverse?
