Yes, it's the first thing he did against Soma. (Resulting in the bad ending if Soma can't resist it.) If that doesn't work than conceptual destruction. Also, Chaos is a lot stronger and is immortal on a level that Monika can't kill. (Unless Monika can bypass conceptual immortality.)

Right now, her literal only way of winning would be to Plot Manip the entire thing into submission from the start.
