Real, but we’re going to have to add more hax to Dona Morte. By the way, I made a small mistake with the Illusion Manipulation hax it’s actually more like a pocket dimension, similar to what happens with the Provedor and his cave. But in this case, we replace the Provedor with Dona Morte and the cave with a mansion.
Also, there's a version of Dona Morte that you didn’t include: A Dama de Preto. She appears in Chico Bento Moço and is there to close the cycle of Time, also called Year, an abstract entity. Another gadget she would have is her library. Basically, besides the Book of Destiny, she would also have a library containing the books of all beings' existence she would also have a horse.
She would have more hax, such as:
Reality Manipulation: Altered reality to resemble the TMJ “manga” in the Filhos de Umbra edition.
Vehicle Mastery: Can easily land a plane by herself.
Self-Sustenance (Type 1, 2, and 3): Can survive on the Moon and in space. Also, Dona Morte essentially slept for 300 years and works 24/7 without rest since Cain and Abel and most of the time even suffering physical insults from her clients. Additionally, her RG number is 000.000, suggesting that she may not have been born anywhere. Some stories mention that she only has 5 seconds of "rest".
Passive Logic Manipulation & Causality Manipulation: Essentially, Dona Morte’s presence or absence changes the logic of things. One example would be a car not falling into a hole as if the ground were intact or as if gravity didn’t exist. Also, her absence causes events that should happen (cause) not to occur, or the cause of death not to produce the expected effect (death).
I’d also like to comment on some of Dona Morte’s hax and scans:
Cosmic Awareness: In her profile, you mentioned that she appears whenever someone is about to die or when her name is called, but the scan you used could be replaced with a better one. In Graphic MSP – Penadinho: Lar, she was working, but when small demons caused trouble, Muminho called her name. She immediately appeared, asking why there was so much noise.
Immortality (Type 6): This one is simple. I believe she should have Type 6 Immortality due to her ghostly form, considering ghosts can possess people to continue existing or become lingering spirits.
Teleportation & Electricity Manipulation: Can teleport through lightning.
Social Influence: Just hearing her true name makes people faint, affecting even Santa Claus.
Plot Manipulation & Text Manipulation: Can make popular death-related slang appear in the story.
Death Manipulation: Can kill people by snapping her fingers.
Law Manipulation: In the Concept Manipulation (Type 1) section, you mentioned that Viviane decreed that no one would pass on, causing people not to age or die. But this also qualifies as Law Manipulation since it allows one to decree and alter fundamental truths and principles of reality. In this case, Viviane altered the cycle of life and death, according to Ângelo, besides that, Dona Morte closed the Ferryman's passage to Viviane.

Precognition: Knew that a man would have a good life and was aware of the entire life a soul would have in their next reincarnation.
Fate Manipulation: A plane was supposed to crash into a party, killing everyone, but she interfered and prevented it from happening.
Possible Resistance to Fate Manipulation: Fate, as the inevitable succession of events, only exists as a mythological illusion of the living.
Time Manipulation or Time Stop: Killed time, causing a bird to freeze mid-air.

One thing about cosmology in TMJ is that there are higher planes of existence.
The Brilliant is a being from another plane of existence that transcends matter, being a multidimensional entity. Multidimensional beings, in this context, are those that are not limited to the three spatial dimensions. Therefore, the Brilliant could be from a higher plane of existence, meaning that both the Brilliant and the plane of existence from which it comes would be dimensionally superior.

We could create a profile for the Jelly Men from the Graphic MSP.
The Jelly Men possess technology advanced enough to create and manipulate gravity, black holes, and gravitational waves that distort space-time. One of these artificially created black holes directly hit the Moon, not only splitting it in half but also knocking it out of Earth's orbit and sending it toward Saturn’s rings. And, of course, without the Moon, Earth suffered severe climatic consequences.
The Jelly Men's technology is described as transdimensional. Additionally, it is said that they used the very fabric of space-time to surpass the speed of light limit.
The Jelly Men possess technology advanced enough to create and manipulate gravity, black holes, and gravitational waves that distort space-time. There’s the Dama de Preto I mentioned above, which is one of the versions of Dona Morte. She is there to complete the cycle of Time.
