Could Shulk kill Ultimate Madoka with the Monado III or not? I think he can because the Monado III has the power to kill gods, as shown when the 神 kanji appeared on it and Shulk using it to kill Zanza.

then we can debate on why Shulk can beat Madoka, which i think has aca type 5 that makes her much harder to interact, plus she's AE type 1 embody type 1 concept you Shulk need to have CM type 1 to interact with her properly

Shulk has CM Type 1 . However, I'm unsure if they can get past Type 5 Acausality, however Madoka also has to deal with this guy when fighting Shulk.

Unless you said he has like 5D hax or something which will work, it'll probably end as an incon
Meh, I'm not a PMMM supporter anyway, I'm just clarifying the OP that it doesn't work that way because the title/statement/entity called "god" extremely varies each verse
