Perhaps. I posted a YouTube video from comicsexplained that gives his theory regarding the new cosmic hierarchy e.g. the reason why chaos and order were able to kill and absorb the LTB is because of the multiverse being new and the LTB is perhaps equal to the size and age of the multiverse.
