modify the calculation formula for "Ang Size"

This is a formula for calculating ang size written by the best person in my old community. He says that the ang size formula on VSB Wiki is mathematically incorrect. He is currently busy with university entrance exams, so he has temporarily taken a break. I will soon persuade him to return and participate in VSB Wiki. Please check his formula.

This is more of a calc or staff thread than a CRT. Additionally, you'd have to explain why the new one should be used within the post body rather than link to an off-site fan forum.

Also the entire page is in Vietnamese and I don't believe most calc members can read that language.
