Well, I'd make an argument that Mister Satan is more skilled, being considered one of the greatest martial artists of the planet, barring the Z-Fighters of course, and has demonstrated his close-quarters ability through his power, speed, and ability.

LA Knight isn't quite on this level of skill yet, but he has held his own against some of the top stars in the WWE, such as Rey Mysterio and Cody Rhodes, so I don't think the skill gap is too big here.
