Itachi addition

Base Abilities​

• Life Manipulation, Mind Manipulation and Energy Manipulation (Itachi is a practitioner of both Yin and Yang release. Yin Style governs mental energies and imagination that can create form from naught, while Yang Style governs physical energies that can instill life into any form created)

Basic Sharingan additions (Also for Rinnegan users like Nagato on the last one)

• Empowerment and Rage Power (The Sharingan is awakened and evolved through the awakening and development of the user's negative emotions, such as hate, grief, or disappointment. The deeper the hatred or pain, the more powerful the Sharingan becomes)

Itachi Mangekyo (Sasuke also gets the Amaterasu additions) additions

• Astral Projection and Illusion Nullification (Itachi can utilize the Dreamscape to enter his victims consciousness, and use that in order to dispel any control the victim is currently under) with Tsukuyomi
• Enhanced Heat Manipulation (The heat generated by the Amaterasu flames is so hot, it can be used to generate large cumulonimbus clouds) with Amaterasu

General Mangekyo abilities

• Energy Manipulation (The Susano'o is Chakra given physical form to create a formidable warrior to provide a powerful offense and defense to destroy all enemies before the caster)
• Size Manipulation and Explosion Manipulation (The Susano'o can generate Yasaka Magatama beads that are thrown like shuriken to pierce the enemy and explode on contact. The power of these explosions depend on the size and amount of Magatama the caster chooses to generate)

I'm fine with all except the auto trans part
It seems to be more likely that Hagoromo coded the tablet in a specific way and could only be decoded by those with his special eyes (rinnegan) or variations of it (sharingan). Those with knowledge of the cipher can decode and even modify the tablet without eye powers (zetsu). In addition, Sasuke with both the rinnegan and sharingan couldn’t read otsutsuki scrolls and needed a cipher team in order to crack it.
On the other hand, maybe I'm overthinking this and the boruto writers simply forgot that eye powers could read stuffs in other languages

Yeah the autotranslation power is weird for me. Like, it would seem like that decoding ability would be a way to qualify, even if for a limited form.

The way the hago stuff is written is that the Ocular powers, based on their potency (Sharingan -> Mangekyo -> Rinnegan) have an ascending ability to translate the text, which IMO supports auto trans, as the "power" of the eyes is the factor here.

Disagree with AutoTrans for same reasons as Testarossa.

Disagree with weather manipulation. The attacks are not manipulating the weather as much as they are hastening the scientific, natural process for how cumulonimbus clouds are formed in nature. In constrast, the weather manipulation page states it is "the ability to psionically control" the weather.
