They should have Speed of Light attack speed.

• Reflekta: The script of the episode refers to her beams as rays projected from a mirror, they reflect back on other mirrors and consistently travel on straight path.
• Pixelator: The script stated that his attacks come from glasses that have merged together with a camera to produce "flash balls", which come from it's flash mechanism; also referred as a flash multiple instances across the script. They can be reflected on mirrors as well.
