Wait I just realized they never expanded upon the Kagami and Felix being Sentimonsters plot.
 
they kinda alluded to the sentimonster thing in the werepapas episode

adrien’s grandma gets akumatized when an ultra-kuma flies into adrien’s ring (the ring that supposedly controls him) and marinette gets scared of breaking the ring probs implying that it could kill him since she knows abt the rings being used to create felix but nothing happens when she broke it and she stops worrying

But hey if amok is inside the rings then why didn't it popped out when she destroyed the ring.

Okay so i saw a statement from Thomas, this might help for this ability to be applied if the translation is correct

Supernatural Luck (bad): A cataclysm is a stroke of "bad luck".

Disease manipulation: If a human gets hit, it can make them sick

What with the decay on Gabriel's body if those are implied effects? Is deconstruction a part of the cataclysm or sickness ?

He stated he was dying so it was a killing affect but the affect was slowed down because of the Miraculous suit

So they are capable of affecting non physical things like memories and thoughts, I wonder if Marinetta could create false memories since Cat Noir can destroy memories.
