This will be simple.

Both Ayaka and Takahito were infected with the zombie virus during the story. In this stated both were considered dangerous for non-infected characters. Just like the zombies, the infection is spread by scratches or bites. Not to mention that Takahito claimed to be able to infect others with his infection. There is also the fact that other characters avoided all costs being scratched by them.

This is a very small CRT IMO.

Thoughts?

so logically both should have Disease Manipulation in a similar way to the zombies.
