Minor Sandstone Titan downgrade

How minor? 7-B to 7-C. That’s because Rotmg player characters with maximum stats, such as this one (4th key), are actually in no real danger (3:15) fighting the Sandstone Titan because they can easily destroy it before it does any real damage. 3rd key player classes have a significantly harder time.
