much as it would be cool to just have her be a 10-C with a shotgun (which would allow her to punch a funny amount above her weight class), she should be 9-B physically. With the axe you can break the toilet until there's almost nothing left of it, which is 9-B, and in the ending with the puppetmaster, she pulls hard enough to rip her own arm off, which should be 9-B in it's own right.
Also she ripped her own damn arm off lol. That's crazy and also gives her Class 25 lifting strength if this blog and what it links to is anything to go off of.
Basically, make her 9-B outright and give her Class 25 LS. The girl is stronk.
