It has come to my attention that Bass and Megaman.EXE has a Solar System Level tier for scaling off to Geo Stelar via the crossover. But it never come to mind that Protoman.EXE got this upgrade. I was wondering if someone can add a 4-B to 2-C upgrade to his profile or if someone can unlock his page so I can upgrade him to that level too? Plus I need to add a matchup to where Silver has bested Protoman in combat.
Also I wanna change some things for Bass as far as tier, abilities, intellect, etc. First step is his tier should be changed to 4-B to 2-C, higher with Reactive Evolution and Beast Out to make it easier and much more recognizable.
Next is that Bass should have the following abilities and such added on his profile:
Telekinesis for him lifting up an entire building while he was frozen (btw this should also equate to his lifting strength most specifically Class G).
Creation for he created a copy of Beast Out Megaman entirely out of data.
Telepathy as he read MegaMan.EXE's mind in the anime.
Matter Manipulation via this
Resistance to Time Manipulation and Sealing for when MegaMan.EXE try using Giga Free on him as a projectile, but Bass caught it and was unaffected by it.
Bass should be labeled as a Genius due to calling the scientist's security systems "worthless" and being the first independent Netnavi to make decisions most NetNavis can't plus more.
