So... In the spare time I've got, I found something a new ability that is pretty cool, will be useful and I feel should be added to the profiles.
From the Compendium of Rockman X:

Their planetary range will be repurposed to their abilities with Cyber Elves, given Zero's Cyber Elves can affect an entire orbital elevator 36,000 km tall at once with X's Mother Elf upscaling from that for obvious reasons, and speed with teleporters will simply be upscaled from Rock's own. So no big loss at the end of the day as their ratings don't really change.

So, Sigma's 2nd Phase takes place in another dimension, and the Maverick Hunters (X, Zero and Axl) can teleport out of it after the battle end. As a result, they should have Dimensional Travel.
