Minor Enel addition

So I was looking through Enel's profile and saw a distinct lack of resistance to Radiation, despite the fact that he's on the moon right now. This should warrant some form of radiation resistance by our standards.

"Be noted that it is less likely to affect someone used to space travel, as space has a lot of radiation that people, who fly through it, would face constant exposure to."
