Minor Doctor Facilier Downgrade

So Dr. Facilier has dozens of kilometers range for creating an illusionary restaurant, which is inflated. The restaurant in the clip was rather small, we could see the ends of the building, it's not dozens of kilometers, that's comparable to the largest factories and stadiums on earth.

His range should be hundreds of meters since that's an more accurate measurement
