Minor Buff for Stewie and peter

Ok. So two quick things for the family guy

Stewie should get a regen buff as in switch the flip, stewie is literally decapitated and survives in a flash back or in here

And for a minor buff in speed for Peter. With Red Bull (which I feel is common enough to have on his page) he Milks a Cow so fast it sets of fire. So that can buff his speed with Red Bull specifically. Which should be in his standard Arsenal I believe since it isn't exactly uncommon.

these two look like outliers because their both singular jokes stewie's is a cutaway gag which are compleat outlier feats and peter's is just an exaggeration gag about red bull

Ehh. We use Cut always for Them typically. And it wouldn't be an outlier for Peter cause it isn't contradicted. This is peter when he is on Red Bull specifically. so it can't be an outlier cause we can't compare his other feats to it
