Hulk should have minor Attack Reflection because he could bounce Sandman's rocks back to him, that's it.

Also, in the same issue he states that something inside him told him to hold back while inside a building, in order to not hurt the people. This might be worthy to be added to the list of "hollbacc" statements thats is in his file, but I'm not sure.

Nothing in that issue at least, and at the hand of the day it's just him moving his hands in a particular way, nothing esoteric.

Works now and yes, an instance of Hulk holding back because something inside was telling him to.
