So I just figured out that I could edit this page, after giving up on editing it a long time ago, so I took advantage of that to put the official Template Page on there. Consequently, this has made creating new pages a much more convenient task, as illustrated in the following images:



and, voilà! The template will be pre-inserted in the page:
