Minor addition to Boruto & Minato

I'm sorry. I mean what development improvements did Tobirama make? I think the meaning of your sentence is that Tobirama developed it [ in the context of creating FTG? ] or in something else?

Tobirama and Minato use the same Jutsu. It's just that Minato is a bit more efficient in its use. He's faster with it, can use it on moving targets, etc. But it's fundamentally unchanged.
Also, at a basic level, it's a variation of the Summoning/Reverse Summoning Jutsu, which has also been repeatedly shown to have interdimensional range. So FTG having this as well, regardless of who's using the Jutsu, just makes sense.

"Range: Standard Melee Range, Tens of Meters with ranged attacks (Can throw kunai this far) and Kurama Avatar (his limbs are this long), Kilometers with Barriers (Implied he could make a barrier large enough to contain Kurama, and contributed to the formation of a barrier that trapped the Jūbi), Chakra Arms (extended his chakra arms to reach every member of the Allied Shinobi Forces), and Bijū Bombs (Should be able to fire Bijū Bombs as far as Naruto), Interdimensional with Flying Raijin Jutsu (Better at Flying Raijin than Boruto Uzumaki, who traversed to Isshiki Dimension with it)"

Also I can add interdimensional range to Tobirama if that's agreed upon, like so.

This is all fine at a glance. But it would be extra based if you added references.

Oh sure I acc did that at first but thought that wasn't right since no other profiles had it

It's a pretty new standard, so we'll be applying it gradually to all of the wiki's profiles. Content Mods are responsible for doing it en masse, but they won't be able to get everything of course.
