As shown here, the ender dragon and all who scales should be 8-A.
Something to note is that this isn't some passive destruction aura either. When the ender dragon stops moving and the lava flows downwards, it pushes the enderdragon down as well. So not only does this prove that the Ender Dragon's raw charging power is what is destroying these blocks, but it also disproves another thing I had an issue with: the Ender Dragon's intangibility.
I think we should change the Ender Dragon's ability to LIMITED intangibility, as it only phases through endstone, obsidian, bedrock, and other comparable blocks. This should not be full intangibility, so it is definitely should not be combat applicable like I've seen in some vs threads.
My second issue is obsidian, though honestly since my points have been made above, this is purely optional.
I don't understand why we're being selective with how to gauge its durability. People try to dismiss my method of how to gauge its durability, but not only is it something intentionally possible to do in-game (since they made a large difference between obsidian and bedrock durability), but a similar method has been used and accepted for finding the "At least" tier for Command Blocks, so what gives?
Considering an upcoming update to Minecraft will give Steve a new kit from an ore just as durable as obsidian, as well as the fact that the Wither can destroy several obsidian blocks at a time with both its ranged and melee attacks, I think it's a big deal to note.
I've already calced that obsidian would also be Multi-City Block+ here, as well as stated my argument as to why Obsidian is a big deal. In fact, a slightly higher value than the ender dragon calc (3.5^12 joules, 836.5 tons of tnt, vs 3^12 joules, 718.7 tons of tnt).
So to summarize:
Ender Dragon re-re-recalc puts the cast at Multi-City Block+, and the cast scale.
Ender Dragon's Intangibility gets changed to Limited Intangibility.
The argument for Obsidian (and upcoming Netherite gear) is optional, but if accepted would be slighlty buff up the AP/be supporting evidence for the Multi-City Block+.
Update, February 21, 2020 Assuming the new vaporization values go i, the values for the Ender Dragon calc actually reaches into Low 7-C, meaning that even if you don't agree with the Obsidian calc, the idea of destroying obsidian alone just be used as supporting evidence for the top tiers being at this level of power.
If these values go in, Late Game Steve, Ender Dragon, and Wither scale to Low 7-C, with the Iron Golem, Ravager, and the Elder Guardian somewhat downscaling from it, preferably down to Multi-City Block+, or 8-A, considering that the calc is only 10% above the baseline for Low 7-C.
Update, February 28, 2020. The new destruction values have been accepted. Low 7-C is a full go.
However, during this week of waiting, I've been doing some hard thinking about Diamond and its tier.
Without enchants, diamond gear in terms of AP (meaning taking turns letting the player and entity trade blows) only seems to barely keep up with the Iron Golem. It's the enchanted Diamond Gear that reliably scales up to the Ender Dragon. The Player profile doesn't really have a set of normal diamond armor since that progress is blurred between early/mid game and late game, but the normal diamond tier for Diamond Sword and Diamond Axe should be down to Multi-City Block+, 8-A, and only the enchanted weapons get the Low 7-C tier.Honestly since Diamonds can break obsidian which I calced at 8-A, this makes sense, but I don't think I need to use that.
