Minecraft Steve Vs Pennywise

Both are in their 7-C forms.

A competent player is in control of Steve and has a day of prep. Along with all equipment.

Speed equalized.

Standard battle asumptions.

Victory by KO or death.

Type 9 immortality restricted for Pennywise

Who wins and why?

Steve:0

Pennywise:0

Inconcluse:0

Steve dies. Inability to see through illusions is going to suck against a thing whose illusions can actually harm people, and mind reading/control just make it worse.

I doubt Steve has any mind hax resistance I can think of. Prep isn't gonna help much if Steve can't find a way to counter that which I doubt.

My vote goes to Pennywise.

Steve has enchantments and potions arsenal, equipped all his extended potions, level 2 potions, splash potions such as Decay(Death manipulation). he could use shield to protect himself, that shield would deflect arrows could penetrate it's only head to Bedrock(strongest block in Minecraft).
Note: his shield could deflect an arrows that could penetrate it's only head to bedrock also woods in Minecraft aren't the same as woods in Real Life they're just similar and Minecraft's different world or alternate reality, doesn't make his shield a game mechanic.
