Okay, I removed Nagato's bloodlust

That doesn't give Minato a wincon, he has nothing to get around Low-Godly except Reaper Death Seal which just results in an inconclusive since it seals Minato's soul as well.

Minato has Regeneration Negation (up Low-Godly).

It's limited regeneration negation because it only slows it down a bit, it doesn't stop the regeneration nor give Minato a win.

It's not in character for him to teleport his opponent away and then just leave them there, you'd also have to assume that Nagato can't find his way back to Minato within a day, which isn't likely.

If Edo Nagato still under "Genjutsu" by Edo Tensei Effect.. Can Minato just use a Seal on Nagato like he did against Obito when Kyuubi was under Obito Genjutsu it released kyuubi from being genjutsu?
If I remember Itachi was Under Edo Tensei Genjutsu. In order to remove control from it. Itachi used Kotoamatsukami to create a layer of Genjutsu on top of Edo Tensei Genjutsu.

All Minato did was sever the summoning contract Obito had with Kurama, there's no evidence it would work on an Edo Tensei and even if it did, it would most likely just make it so that the Edo Tensei can't be controlled, not send their soul back to the pure land.

Considering the Character of Nagato. If he was no longer controlled he would choose to leave. Just like Dan did.
EDO nagato wasnt fast anyway as he is crippled. He can only used all hes other Six Path abilities and hes Barrier (Absorbing Jutsu) also have limit duration..He also cant capture hashirama as his Mokuton even move by itself. When Madara + kyuubi was fighting hashirama. Hashirama wood just keep coming at kyuubi while he was fighting against Madara.
EDO Nagato never showed he can spam same abilities all the time. So there a limitation of re-using it. Otherwise he would be OP just spamming Barrier Jutsu.

That isn't how battles work, both are trying to kill each other, and I don't think this Nagato is being controlled by Kabuto anyway.
Strongest versions of the character so I'm assuming this is Nagato after absorbing Bee's chakra, meaning he can use his legs, but even if it isn't, it doesn't matter because Minato has no way of winning whereas Nagato does.

I know there's no direct evidence of this, but since Minato lived with Kushina, it's reasonable he knows some kind of Uzumaki level seal. He knew how to seal kurama in naruto, it'll be a little weird if he knows no other seal at all. He even knows how to sever contracts like he did with Obito. Once again, this is more of a rational argument than an empirical argument.

BM Minato stomps in every way until he realizes he can't permanently kill Nagato, then uses an eight tetragram seal (which is stated by the databook to seal away a large enemy or evil spirit, I think Nagato is close enough to the description for it to work), then calls it a day. Alive Minato vs Prime Nagato is a fairer battle (although Minato would still win).
