Looks fine, although we don't have a "Space-Time Manipulation" page.

We have Spatial Manipulation and Time Manipulation, but given the description of the technique I would put this down as just Spatial Manipulation and Portal Creation.

It is just portal creation. Spatial manipulation and time manipulation as we define them should require more versatile usages to qualify. If there is a more limited specific powers page for something, we use that instead.
