If both Godzillas are scaled to equal size, then G2K can win. His Atomic Ray is a lot more potent in terms of feats, and he has the durability and Regenerationn to survive Monsterverse's attacks. MV Goji is better skilled in melee, but he lacks the means to get past G2K's regen before G2K whittles him down with his Atomic Ray.

If they're at their normal sizes, though, then MV wins, as his vastly superior size grants him better strength and durability with which to easily overpower and crush G2K, though the latter's Atomic Ray might still make him flinch at best.
