I've more recently been reading a lot of this genre of manga. So don't read too much into my answers as they will likely change when more people give their thoughts to contextualize how the fight plays out. But for now I'm leaning towards Mikey. I can see him killing Chiharu after he refuses to quit or I could see Chiharu breaking a couple of Mikey's limbs by sending his attack power back at him but I'm not sure that's enough as Manjiro has insane stamina.

For now I have Mikey tho or inconclusive

I'm not familiar with Mikey, but to start off:

Does he have any counter to Chiharu breaking his leg the moment he tries to launch a kick at his face? His style (Or "flow" as it's described) revolves around tanking attacks in such a way that he can break his opponents' body parts as they strike him by turning their power back at them.)

Im still kinda new to him to Mikey as well but as I know far more about Shiba lore but from what i know about Shiba is he doesn't really start out his fights using this attack, he's moreso a brawler who will get technical as the fight goes on. But for a specific co in terms, I don't believe he has one and it's not a guarantee his leg will break on the first try as it hasn't happened in the manga, only Baki did it to Chiharu when he copied it and Baki was far superior at that point.

Yeah this is true but I believe Mikey having supernatural willpower will help him endure anything Chiharu throws his way as Mikey was able to take hits from the one eyed guy(kaku I think is his name), Ken Ryuguji and also Terani South did it. I believe Mikey would recognize Chiharu's "flow" from his information analysis, and adjust by breaking his limbs then rendering him incapacitated, I'm not sure how Dark Impulse activates but from what I see on his profile, he has killed every time it came out so he likely would do the same while Chiharu hasn't gone that far or would have a way to stop Mikey after his regeneration activates, and his speed is constantly growing which negates equal speed if I remember the rules

Also I'm not sure Chiharu has broken anyone's leg with that move before, that could be chalked up as Baki being more skilled and developed the move better than Chiharu since he was copying his fighting style. chiharu faced Hanataka and break him going berserk, then Iron Michael, then Baki and the fights in the spinoff, from the scans it was Baki who used it on Chiharu's kick

Im leaning towards Mikey high diff. He has the superior AP, skill and LS but Chiharu has the superior stamina and he more ways to counter superior opponents than Mikey does, who has always been the strongest in his area. I believe fight would go similarly to Mikey vs Pah-Chin, Chiharu vs Baki or Chiharu vs Shobun. Mikey would keep attacking Chiharu and he would keep getting back up whether Mikey kicks his pressure points or not. Also most of Chiharu's defensive abilities are honed from fighting punchers, while Mikey mainly utilizes kicks and high flying attacks, which makes him a nightmare matchup for Chiharu. Mikey would eventually overwhelm Chiharu and the fight will be decided.

Not specifically a leg to my knowledge, but he was able to shatter Iron Michael's fist using his face after repeated hits, despite Michael being clearly superior in terms of stats.

It should follow a similar principle.

I found something close, but I don't think it counts. Baki did it to Chiharu's kick when he copied him but that could be chalked up to Baki 's tendency to improve techniques right after he copies them so it would be kinda hard to say Chiharu could do it when he haven't seen it. However, The manjiro guy does seem to punch more in his dark impulse state so it's possible Chiharu can break his hand as Iron Michael had a higher AP than him like Mikey does here, but I think something **** that would active his Dark Impulse and according to the section his speed constantly increases in this state. While Chiharu seems to get stronger and faster from his endorphins similarly to him taking pain like Mikey, but hiss speed peaks at subsonic, and Mikey at hypersonic so if their amps break equal speed, Mikey would eventually kill him from the repeated body trauma and he doesn't stop usually until they die.

I'll wait for more Tokyo Revengers supports to comment before I say that concretely tho, I'm still kinda new to it and skimming the profile.
