That's literally what he does, though? Even at his weakest, 'Boshi has Skyfather level hax along with the ability to not die due to being tied to nonexistence itself.

Well boshi is literally an aspect of Oblivion which is the embodiment of nothingness itself.

He doesn't have to die for Goku to win since Goku has the advantage and if he proceeds to dismember Boshi it's kind of over since I see no regen just full immortality and what good would that do when you're just a head (like Hidan) or even smaller chopped up into tiny pieces and Goku can blitz before he has a chance to use that hax

'Boshi is literally made of nothingness. Ripping him apart would do nothing. Hell, even if he WAS just a head, he could hax Goku to death.
