vs

Fire/Hellfire Projection, Manipulation and Creation, Martial Arts, possibly Portal Creation

Both are comparable in strength, stealth, etc, but Kane has superor skill, range, and mobility with PC.

Yes but kane has resistance to pain my vote still goes to him

Regen isn't able to be used in combat and both have stealth

Resisting pain doesn't really mean he isn't getting hurt. Both have Stealth Mastery so it will, probably always, be CQC fight, where the guy with Low-Mid regen has the advantage. Myers has also been burned alive a couple of time as well.

He instantly regenerated from being shot by Loomis like 10 times, as well in the heart. He also regenerated from Laurie stabbing him in the eye.

He is resistant to the pain, not the damage it would do to him. Michael would take less damage overall then Kane, and Kane would fall down first.
