Interesting match up. Im not 100% sure but im going with Myers. He has a big advantege since it's it takes at his home, both are stealth masters but Myers has that advantage since it's his home. Since Myers has axe and machete he has range to not taking hit from acid blood if the Alien is hurt. Micheal also has a mid tier regenration thats gives him an advantage. Don't forget that Aliens aren't that smart, Micheal can easily outsmart the Alien. Also This is one of the weakest Aliens versions, so it's pretty hard scale them. My mind can be changed with some good arguments tho.

I don't known if the Alien acid blood are enough to kill him though? Unless it can melt him down then Michael take it with his Pain Inhibition.

Michael also is much more skilled in combat.
