Wasn’t it explained in the manga how the users of ofa chose to stay with deku. Literally covering up any misinformation on why Bakugou didn’t keep ofa, Also another reason is all might stated the transfer couldn’t happen because he didn’t have the power long enough he only held it for 7 mins lol hence why he isn’t a vestige and deku wouldn’t receive his power.

Can you provide a source, 'cause I never recalled reading that in the manga. Im not up-to date sure, but I aint that far behind.

Thats not what I said.
I said the Movie is not canon, assuming we're talking about Heroes Rising, as the other 3 I dunno how much into canon they can be accounted for.

Just because a person from a non-canon film is shown doesnt mean the entire thing is canon.
Also, I dont think he appeared in the Manga besides in 1 chapter and as a flashback in another one.

That movie and every other movie is canon. We have a whole blog with the compiled evidence on why its all canon, but just for your argument here:

Bakugo getting OFA is fully ok because OFA is sentient and can control who it goes to. It has to actually aclimate to the body in order to absorb the quirk factor, similar to how it did with All Might and Deku, so just because Bakugo got a spark of it that immediately transferred back because the vestiges kicked Bakugo out doesn't mean his quirk would come with them.

OFA has full control over itself, so Bakugo sharing his quirk isn't even a feasible complaint against the movie being canon.

Also the reasoning for why specifically in that movie full cowl 100% is stronger >>> if I recall katsuma healed deku and Bakugou greatly enhancing their all around stats. Not only could this be seen as a power increase to their base stats but because they got a exponential increase to their base when using their quirks it could give a immense increase to what they were doing before. It also explains why Bakugou could withstand 100% and go full cowling from the beginning on top of already having had a quirk and training with it etc.

Bakugo w/ OFA would be canon and they would have to explain how Deku didnt get Explosion

The Quirk returned to Katsuki; it was not a "second transferal" which would store Explosion within the Quirk.
The transferal from Izuku to Katsuki was not even complete.
It's not "Toshinori > Izuku > Katsuki > Izuku". It's "Toshinori > Izuku < Katsuki".

He appeared in one of the visions of the world, he appeared in a manga prequel to the movie in which he explained his reasoning for undergoing experimentation and was placed into a pod by Dr. Garaki, and he appeared in a manga that took place in the distant past centered on a young Izuku and Katsuki, all either written by (first two) Horikoshi or supervised by him (last one). He was also Chief Supervisor of the movie.

so if the feat is calced at small country what do we do with it? How can you have a calc that’s actually the correct calc and not use it? I feel even if you don’t use small country at the very least nine would be island. City level feels like awful lowball when he was already shown to be city level for destroying a city and bringing in a city wide storm in the movie and this was before he even tapped into his final form like he did at the end of the movie.

Without the feats regarding lightning dodging being calced and accepted you won't be able to update anything.
