Okay, then that makes sense. Cuz all I’m saying is if we at least knew if it wasn’t a dura-neg quirk, then it’d be hella hypocritical of us to not at least downscale Prime AFO from Prime AM.

Gran Torino should be upgraded to High 6-C+, to be specific he'll be downscaling to baseline High 6-C+ for being comparable but weaker than characters on this level. He's taken multiple hits from High 6-C+ characters and was shown to be comparable enough to fight them. His Lifting Strength would be At most Class P as well.

He was directly hit by All For One's Rivet Stab, punched in the face by All Might, hit in the stomach by Tomura, and was slammed into the ground by Tomura as well.

He could stop All Might after he was sent flying by All For One's Air Cannon, which can hurt him even indirectly. Deflected a strike from Tomura by striking back at him, even saying that was a better than dodging. He was also shown to keep Tomura pinned to the ground for a few seconds, though was eventually overpowered.

How Gran Torino's Profile will look.

Mirko's Rabbit/Kicks should be upgraded to 6-B, as she staggered Complete Tomura and later drew blood from him after a rush of kicks. She'd be downscaling as it took a barrage of kicks to make him bleed and she is weaker than him. Which is why I'm suggesting an At most Country level rating.

We'll need to remove Bakugo's scaling to Mirko from his profile as well. She inflicted far more damage on Tomura than Bakugo could, who just stinged him a little.

Bakugo couldn't even stagger Tomura and it's later revealed he's weaker in terms of raw power to Endeavor, who Mirko scales above already.
