Basically All For One used four Kinetic Booster and Springlike Limbs together against all might at his weakest right, thus this should be a 5 times boost in power due to the fact he is boosting his strength by 4 times with Kinetic Booster (This Quirk seemingly increases the amount of kinetic energy All For One creates and releases. All For One has four copies of this Quirk) and 1 time with Springlike Limbs (This Quirk allows All For One to coil his muscles in order to enhance his physical strength, and can also be used to augment other Quirks, like Air Cannon.)

We don't know by how much his springlike limbs or kinetic boosters is actually amping his AP, so this would not be a valid multiplier.

Yeah, don’t know how much a single kinetic booster amps him, so him stacking four of them doesn’t really mean much, same for springlike limbs and heavy payload.
