Mewtwo resisting something that Arceus had to resist isn't an outlier. Mewtwo simply managed to avoid being brainwashed instantly, while Arceus actually resisted it. It's a hax resistance feat.

It's not a feat because it relies on a showing of potential PIS from Arceus, simple as that.
