Who will win in a K/O/ fight till death battle?

Metal could scan Marx to get his powers with reletive ease. Then it would be very much in metal's favor. But is Soul is right after Metal fights Regular Marx, then Metal probably loses from the sustained damage. If it's vs Soul while Metal's at full health, then I think Metal Wins. Here's my opintions

However Marx is more powerful and has better hax than metal sonic. And is very unpredictable.

Metal sonic would be unable to use marx's abilities at the same power as marx and marx is much faster. And marx can freeze metal sonic and if metal sonic becomes a black hole...he wouldn't weigh enough to be a very dangerous one.

Speed is equalized, remember that. I'm leaning towards Metal Sonic due to the fact he would be able to scan Marx, gaining a plethora of new ablities. But Marx Soul is just too much for Metal to handle.
