Bofoi has his entire arsenal. He gets a month of preparation time at the end of 10 years and he is free to choose his starting point(s) (assume that his secret base(s) will be there)
Both sides are in character.
The top speed of Bofoi's Metal Knights are reduced to Mach 6.72 (The speed of the fastest jet)
ONE and Murata are restricted.
Humanity's wincon is stopping Bofoi by any means necessary (arresting or killing him, destroying his army, etc.)
Bofoi's only wincon is conquering humanity.
Exterminating the whole human race or both sides not achieving their objectives for more than 3 decades count as inconclusive.
