Scaling Changes
As mentioned in the final episode of Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya, Pako would eventually become the Earth's new sun. Due to Demost being the same type of being as Pako, he should scale to him therefore Jiraiya and Demost would become 4-C.
New Rating:

Demost: At least Planet Level (Is a being from the Dark Star like Pako, whos energy can destroy the earth), possibly Star level (Pako would eventually return to Earth to become its new sun)

Jiraiya: At least Planet level, possibly Star level (Defeated Demost)

Minor Demost Change:
On his profile it says,

Precognition (Can read human brains via a special wavelength, making him know what people are thinking before they think it)

This isnt precog and should be changed to Telepathy

An effort should be put into also getting clips for his other abilities, not even his speed has one

would this not just be some weird super-odd form of NPI, destroying the reflection of the light bouncing off the mirror
same way interacting with a soul physically doesn't give you soul manip

is there any further proof this is EE cuz it looks like they just get blown up and drop their weapons, which are smoking

He already has the NPI on his profile. Would he not gain the ability for also being able to erase it?

I entirely agree with Seiji's evaluation here. To answer your comment, I don't think it would give Matter Manip either way unless it is fairly explicit about talking about what's going on there- at that point, we'd evaluate that and maybe give the ability. Otherwise this is just NPI. For the latter ability, it isn't really Deconstruction to blow someone into vapor, no, nor would tanking such a blast be resistance to it.

Becoming a sun in billions of years of time probably doesn't denote 4-C AP in the here and now. I also think the 5-B feat is a little scuffed (it's akin to self destruction, I'd like evidence they can do that sort of feat on their own). "Possibly eventually 4-C" would be fine in my book, though.

(I want to say that I realize 5-B is on the profile already, and that it isn't your intent to change that, but by saying it seems fishy, I aim to avoid it becoming an "At least" value, given the feat sorta sucks)

So like. My take would be "At least Low 7-B, possibly 5-B, possibly eventually 4-C" as the tiering. We could instead do the 4-C as a separate key, given it hails from a transformation into apparently a sentient star.

I agree with everything else in the OP (Telepathy, Acrobatics, and quasi-Power Mimicry).

for the record i think the "eventually 4-C" should be specified to be with transformation or something, just to make it clear that it's only by him transforming into a sun that he becomes 4-C - same way someone like spongebob has "up to Class Z with absorption" because he only gets that rating when he fulfils certain conditions, for example

but it's not an "at most" thing where they'd downscale from the value. they outright would only become 4-C because they literally turn into a sun, hence clarify it's via transformation
hell, i would argue that a character being a sun itself wouldn't give them 4-C AP or striking strength, only dura and LS from being the mass of the sun

ok but you seem to have not addressed the entire point i'm making about it NOT being a normal AP rating
you'd need to explain why someone eventually being able to become a star (which isn't producing 4-C energy all the time btw, hence i said only dura) means all their normal attacks are 4-C

It would be through their own energy, which Pako mentions invading and destroying Earth would be simple to do with it

Seems obvious.

I'm not sure when this would be combat-applicable, and technically his reflection isn't composed of light, it's composed entirely of perception.

So, I would learn far more towards some kind of Non-Physical Interaction. I don't think we have enough context to apply anything more specific.

I don't see any proof they were erased from existence. This seems like just a bad editing effect meant to show that they were disintegrated or otherwise blown to little pieces.

I would need far more context to approve this.
