Breaking skin? I've only heard of bruises— but going through into muscle is what I mean. A scratch isn't exactly much of an argument for not being bullet proof.
Everything else you say is either correct or harmless. I mean, a large Building Level character being pierced by melee weapon's usually implies the person hitting them with it is strong enough to harm them even without those weapons. Otherwise, it wouldn't be going through their body, because there needs to be enough energy to push it in. I mean sure, the reason things like this primarily pierce our hides is because sharper, smaller objects that go against an opposing object tend to pierce through the object due to the larger object's greater surface area or something. But flicking a bullet at me with your fingers vs doing it with a rifle is going to be a huge factor in whether it goes through my head or not.
But, I agree. Unless we can find info of Snake going H2H with that character, I see no reason to scale his durability and strength to him.
