ALTERNATE TITLE: MERGE MANSIONS (NO, YOU DON'T GET TO HAVE CONTEXT)

Man, it's been a while huh? First I got stumped by the new Malak book and then I got a ton of writing projects ahead of me. Oh well, about time I get to do this.

Here's another story of Malak expanding his list of benefactors. Can't believe it's taken this long to reach it.
● ------------------------------------- ●
Visiting yet another haunted twisted mansion was an obvious choice for recruitment of new benefactors. It wasn't even surprising that Spooky knew another one of these figures. The process of even getting past the entrance was as convoluted, requiring the two to go through a door, a long hallway, before going through one more door leading to a void of eyes.

"Is this supposed to scare me?" Malak asked with a scowl as he leaned on the doorframe, the eyes avoiding his evil presence as he did so.
"It's moreso the dread of endlessness that scares people. Isn't that what we do?" Spooky replied.

As the two turned around, they were met by their target. The tall androgynous figure would've normally loomed over the poor girl that it had set out to bait. Today however, there was a humanoid embodiment of evil and a floating ghost child that stood in the room, something it had been warned about prior. With a shrug, it walked away while beckoning its guests to come along.

"Well, follow along. There's much to do in the garden," Mephistopheles offered.
"You really don't wanna get lost around these places. Let's just do what it says," Spooky replied as she followed along.

The twisting halls of the mansion seem to open up in the presence of this demon, as if this strange structure was nothing but water to be part. Having seen the Gold Watchers' mansion, Malak wasn't too surprised at the sight of an outdoor area, complete with a luscious garden as well. In the middle of it all was a set of tables and chairs with a tea set in the middle.

"So I've heard of the offer. While I do appreciate a surefire guarantee of Elizabeth's stay, I do prefer having control of my methods," Mephistopheles explained.
"I know, I read your response. It's why I uh, brought him for this," Spooky explained.

"A fellow dealmaker, huh? Or, bets I guess. So how about a bet?" Malak asked, his teacup boiling in his hand as his surroundings began to heat up.

"Survive what's coming and maybe I'll consider giving you more freedom." The air around him began to cool as Mephistopheles merely returned the smile.

"Sure, I can accept that bet." In an instant, the sun suddenly set as darkness crept in to his surroundings. Once again he found himself within the twisted halls of the mansion, now as a target instead of a guest...

Bloodlusted Malak zergs Meph and eventually it gets hit. It's range also sucks so uh... yeah.

I'm gonna be real that seems really stupid on account of all the haxes it can perform. At the very least most of them should be mansion-wide in its function as it, y'know, affects the mansion

Is it via minions again? Cause y'know, we're dealing with spatial-fuckery again with no line of sight

You try avoiding 500 Luckies, Pennies, and Hangrys each. And also something like Joy Kill destroying the place.

Having 9-As and 8-Cs all out for your blood isn't fun.

What stops Malak from TPing out of the mansion, calling in his giant minions, then telling them to demolish it?

Wouldn't the BFR or spatial manip mess up their positioning?

Seems weirdly elaborate for someone bloodlusted

There's way too many of them. Also, putting Hangry somewhere else means that area is getting removed too, the guy performed the 9-A calc Lucky scales to.

Malak does seem to prefer letting others do his dirty work. But Joy Kill is the obvious answer.

Let's also not forget Mephisto here is 33 KJ while even Murder Monkeys are over 500 KJ, so if they screw up they are done.

Is that uh, in-character?
Calls 2 Titan Watchers on Doug's ass when he's trying to escape the 3rd nightmare and calls 4 Goliath Clowns when he tries to leave the 5th one (all of which weren't present in those areas prior to him summoning them).

OK right now being weird and confusing is probably not gonna work. Anyway what are the chances of Mephi just teleporting in and hitting Malak with a hax gonna work out? On account of the bloodlust and territory advantage

Malak probably obliterates him for trying to get close or is already out. Also Malak can duplicate himself and can do that at the same time as his summoning.

never expected these old ass Faustus pages to get any attention (not even the good RPGMaker game on the site).

Can't say I'm too familiar with these guys sadly but I will be looking as I am interested
