Destroying earth means that with several High 6-A Emerl destroys the earth, the latter was overloading and incapable of controlling himself while linked to the 4-A weapon which was going to fire, Sonic quickly attacked and stopped Emerl and separating the link in the process.

Wait so if this is true than on Sonics page it should state that he is stronger than 511 petatons and also another question is it said any where that ifrit destroyed the world out right.

That's actually a good point. Defeating Ifrit was in Sonic Rivals 2, I believe. Isn't that closer to the end of the Adventure Era than current Modern, if not i the Adventure Era?

Yes but Sonic was not the only one that fought him, it's implied that the others teams assisted in that battle. Sonic should be close to the at least, but it will be made more sure for a next game.
