x has copy ability so he could copy cyborgs powers, also has a whole arsenal of powers ,armors at his disposal and does have evolutionary powers so as the fight goes on x would evolve making him stronger, faster, and more resistant to cyborgs hacking . So ultimately I chose x with High difficulty. my reason being that cyborg generally does not go for the hacking right out of the gate and that would give x the time to use his weapons, armors ,powers, and even evolve (potentially) because with x having darkhold he could freeze time and go off on him and with his evolutionary powers he would be harder for cyborg to hack along with the power gain

Fair i read that " is shown to be X either copying a Reploid's dna data or taking a chip from their remains"of an opponents so i thought maybe he could but without explicit examples i won't press the issue. my answer does not change tho i still say x wins with difficulty

I'm not too familiar with N52 Cyborg but couldn't he just teleport X somewhere really nasty and win that way?

The thing I would say on that subject is that, cyborg can open boom tubes but if x freezes time then cyborg won't be able to and if x runs out of weapon tanks so he can refill the his uses of dark hold and other special weapons along with the x4 ultimate armor helmet that makes it so regular special weapons not the charged versions do not consume weapon energy at all I don't know if he would have unlimited dark hold at that point but it is something to consider since speed is equal then I would still say x cuz if cyborg opens a boom tube to send him away as x freezes time then x could grab the edge of the tube and pull him self out of it ( if it is opened at his feet ) and since time is frozen cyborg can't stop him.
