Scenario:

The Ootsutsuki Clan has invaded Monstropolis. Proto Man is away, Mega Man and Bass have killed the other members of the clan, and Mega Man is confronted by Kaguya and Bass does not step in and Mega fights one on 1.

Speed Equalized (duh, otherwise this is a curbstomp in Rock's favor)


No time manipulation

This is Canon Classic Mega Man.

Mega Man has all of his weapons

Can Rock pull through against the strongest in Naruto?

I don't know how well Kaguya will be able to handle Mega's attacks since none of them are chakra-based, and her genjutsu/paralysis tricks won't work either.

The ash bones might prove to be an issue, as well as his lack of flight (which can be easily remedied with Rush or one of the items).

Kaguya is still done for if Mega lands one good Absolute Zero attack.

I'm with Rep. Absolute Zero and Black Hole Bomb are her downfall, and he can match her teleportation with better teleportation. Also, versatility/unpredictability advantage.

I highly doubt she can resist a black hole considering the fact that she is nowhere near fast enough to escape it.

Except foir the fact that you're completing misunderstanding how a Black Hole works and that she'd get sucked in a torn apart by the tidal forces.

ETSB is virtually useless due to its start up time, Mega will just walk up to her and freeze her solid. Her regen isn't doing jack against Absolute Zero. Not to mention the fact that he has dozens of other attacks to work with AND the fact that we're eliminating his time stop ability just to keep Kaguya from getting stomped.

Except for the fact that he's armed with any number of fire weapons (several of which heat to temperatures exceeding the surface of the sun), has resisted ice attacks up to Absolute Zero, and is literally brothers with an Ice Robot.

Amenominaka's ice dimension is just about useless.

Wouldn't work either, he has various platforms he jump on to fly along with Rush and Beat. Alternatively he could simply freeze the lava solid or use his wind weapons to slow his descent.

Hax alone isn't going to cut it if you lack speed and DC...which MM has in spades. He stomps both rounds

One thing no one has seem to bring up yet is the fact MM very likely resists her own hax too

Yeah, Rock should take this with little trouble. Having his entire arsenal gives him an insane amount of versatility to deal with anything Kaguya can dish out, not to mention his crazy speed advantage.
