Composite? Counting Super mega man from archie then?

Counting only games, Mega man would win I think, due to have a weapon that reach absolute zero, and a weapon that actually stop time completely, unlike Dante's quicksilver

Also, can't Mega man manipulate Black holes, or something like that?

I'm assuming composite game Mega Man (no Archie) vs Non-SMT Dante.

In this case, Mega can put him down with a black hole to the face or by freezing time before freezing Dante solid with an Absolute Zero ice attack.
