Well my last Mecha match might get outdated, so I’ll just settle for this.

Ghidorah is uncharged, battle takes place in Boston.

MechaGodzilla:

King Ghidorah: 4

Incon: 1

Yeah Mecha scales above base, Ghidorah is around equal with base and higher with absorbtion

For Ghidorah, in close combat he could drain Mecha's energy to wear it down get himself stronger and can also regenerate damage, and in range he could fly and blast from distance, albeit I don't remember if he uses that often.

For Mecha, in close combat it is physically stronger than him and can wrestle him down a fair bit, in range its Laser Beam is stronger and can likely knock Ghidorah out of the sky.

I do say is a incon, might go for either side.

Tho idk if Ghidorah can absorb his energy, but I’m not sure how weak to lightning Ghidorah is since it’s a machine

Pretty sure Ghidorah can absorb both Mechagodzilla's internal electricty and Atomic-Breath imbued body, just like with Godzilla.

Wait mecha overpowered both Godzilla & Kong yeah I get it they were weakened from their previous fight but still a good feat & only lost due to power loose caused by the humans
So I think MechaGodzilla also scales above peak Godzilla & thus incon

MechaGodzilla is a Godzilla counter, his beating Godzilla is similar to Muto Prime, who is stated to be weaker than Ghidorah but can still damage him.
MechaGodzilla is stated superior, yeah, but APEX also waited for Godzilla to be weakened to unleash him. And despite spamming his atomic breath and 'using it to its very core' according to Wingard, he still matched MechaGodzilla's Proton Beam for a decent amount of time. We didn't get a beam clash in the last film (a damn shame) but seeing as Godzilla could tank the axe returning two or three blasts of atomic breath to him, plus itself, detonating in his face, and suffered no real external injury, but Ghidorah's triple gravity beams could, it tells me they should AT LEAST be as potent.
Speed should be relative since both reacted to fired atomic breath.
Ghidorah's stamina is just absurd, even when weakened he fought Godzilla from night to morning (Antarctica, Mexico) and then dusk till dawn in Boston but MechaGodzilla might have endless energy with the Hollow Earth as a gas tank.
Regeneration and flight give Ghidorah a decent edge. MechaGodzilla counters with Hollow Earth energy strikes which seem to deal internal damage (you can see organs and bones when he punches you).
Ghidorah being able to drain energy though is a problem, he can drain Mechagodzilla and get even stronger.
I say Ghidorah high difficulty.

Ghidorah would win. His regeneration makes him extremely hard to kill, he seems smarter than MechaG, more powerful than MechaG and has abilities like lightning that can directly combat MechaG
