So I recently started looking into the Mazinger Z franchise and decided to have a look at what the VS Battles Wiki had to say about it. While the information provided is good, there is a slight problem...
Mazinger Z has multiple different canons and reboots, many of which have no known association with each other. However, the VS Battles Wiki only has pages related to the original manga and the first anime timeline. These themselves are actually two separate canons that, again, have no known affiliation with each other. The first anime also splits into two timelines after the Great Mazinger arc; one branch goes into Grendizer, the other into the movie Mazinger Z: Infinity.
There are numerous other timelines that are unassociated with the "main" timeline as well, such as Shin Mazinger Z, and the extremely dark Shin Mazinger ZERO (no relationship with Shin Mazinger Z, unless the Super Robot Wars games are counted as canon).
The main Mazinger Z Wiki has more information than I've currently been able to go through. I'm enclosing a link to it here: [[1]]
