Maxwell vs Bill Cipher

If Maxwell cant summon high 2As, then Bill definitely has an advantage. Low Goldy is something Max cant get past unless he has void manip but im not sure if he does. Even so he never uses it first or much in character. Bill should eventually take him down and outlast him
 
Maxwell does have Void Manipulation and he does used it in character along with his other deadly abilities in the game. Maxwell only weakness is that he needs to write and even if using standard battle conditions. Bill could have the early advantage since he can teleport naturally and can sense where Maxwell can teleport if he choose to do so.
 
Then I change to Inconclusive, because if Maxwell writes first he wins but if Bill acts first he could BFR, mindhax him etc. Bill may not take a kid seriously which could be an advantage to Maxwell but Bill seeing him with a journals may prompt Bill to act quickly. So Incon for me
 
Inconclusive. If Maxwell has the chance to write something first, he wins, but however Bill has precognition. Which would allow him to see what Maxwell will write or what he'll do with that Journel. which he could probably *snap* Boom, Max is gone or have his organs shown in the outsides or somethin. I dunno, maybe Bills cocky attitude might interfere, which will would give Maxwell a chance to write something to erase the demon. I'll stick to inconclusive for now.
 
Bill easily.

Maxwell not only doesn't do void manip in-character (game character or not, you are given canon character interactions), but he wouldn't have the time to before bill realizes how strongh he is with the book and just one-shot him.

Constatly with the exeption of the ending, where a bunch of 3D characters were fighting a 4D one...

Time Baby was not killed, he was reduced a molecules/atom by Bill. HE has high regen, and will regen in a thousand were

Yeah Bill killed the Time Baby but the TB can regenerate from being completely destroyed. It just takes 1000 years

Maxwell got 2-A ap and durability without the book on his profile though.
 
Well Bill seems to start off with whatever gets rid of the enemy first rather than using one technique usually sort of like sans in the genocide route using his strongest attack first since time baby was a real threat bill just deassembled his molecules but when soos and mabel got him angry he toyed with them using their fears and than was going to electric finger zap them so it seems that bill would just kill max with the first thing he would need to kill him
