I got him to a very high-end Hypersonic, and I'm sure Brawlers who have dashing abilities (Like Mortis, Max, and Shelly) should scale to this if they ever get pages since dashes all go at the same general speed in the game, and have everyone else have Hypersonic in reaction speed instead of Transonic or whatever they are these days
