Ok so what happens when he runs out if energy? I'm talking about the after effects, not how long it would take for him to run out of energy. Does the Chainsaw Devil revert to just Denji?

It would revert back to Denji, but that doesn't happen because it runs out of stamina, it happens when people stop fearing it and it loses power all-together.

The Chainsaw Devil should have resurrection, I just haven't gotten to it. Yoru also says that CSM gets up no matter how many times you kill him.

Unlike other devils who explicitely need to drink blood to have any regeneration the Chainsaw Devil as in Pochita can regenerate without needing to drink it, but saying he has infinite stamina or that his blood stock will never run out without having a way to replenish it seems rather... overly exaggerated.
(Specially considering he'd have it any time he wants while in hell and that he pretty much only got chasen by Makima and her goons without drinking blood for a day before he got weakened by global media campaing to turn him into a hero. He didn't seem to have any trouble regenerating or keeping it's stamina for that time, but still no grounds for surpassing Mash.)
Chainsaw man as in Denji does need the blood to heal,tho.

He doesn't need to have an infinite stock of blood if he doesn't require it in the first place.
